2. Hosting

This website is operated on a server of Hostinger International Ltd. (61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus). The server is located in France, i.e. within the European Union.

When the page is accessed, the server automatically records information in so-called server log files that your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of the request, page accessed, browser type and operating system. This data is not merged with other data sources. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR to ensure the trouble-free operation of the website. A data processing agreement exists with the provider.

3. Cookies and consent management

For cookies and storage technologies that are not technically necessary (e.g. for statistics or marketing purposes), we require your consent before using them. When you first visit this website, a consent banner appears, through which you can choose which of the services described in section 5 may be loaded.

Your decision is stored in a technically necessary cookie (ascensus_consent) so that you do not have to make it again on every visit. The legal basis for this cookie is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR and § 25 (2) no. 2 TTDSG (technically necessary storage). You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the “Privacy settings” link in the footer of this page.

In the password-protected member area (training log), a technically necessary session cookie or a comparable stored value is also required so that you stay logged in while using it. This storage serves exclusively to provide this function and is not used for analysis or marketing purposes. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and § 25 (2) no. 2 TTDSG (technically necessary storage).

On our anamnesis forms we deliberately use no cookies, no Google Analytics, no Google Ads and no other tracking or analytics tools – regardless of your consent decision on the other pages. Information collected there serves exclusively your individual counselling.

4. Fonts and external content

All design elements of this website – fonts, images, graphics – are delivered directly from our server. No external font libraries or content delivery networks are integrated. You will find details on the analytics and marketing services that are loaded after your consent in the following section.

5. Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity & Google Ads

With your consent, we use Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Ads, services of Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; parent company Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA), as well as Microsoft Clarity, a service of Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland; parent company Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052, USA).

Google Analytics

Google Analytics creates pseudonymous usage profiles from your usage behaviour (pages viewed, clicks, time spent) using cookies. In addition, we record two specially defined events (click on “Book intro call” and completion of a booking) to understand which content leads to contact or a booking.

IP addresses are shortened by Google Analytics within the EU/EEA or not stored in plain text (IP anonymisation). The retention period of the collected data is limited in our Analytics account.

Microsoft Clarity

With your consent, Microsoft Clarity records mouse movements, clicks, scrolling behaviour and navigation paths and uses them to create heatmaps and session recordings. This helps us identify usability problems and make the website more user-friendly. By default, Clarity masks text inputs and sensitive field contents. Among others, the cookies _clck (recognition across several visits) and _clsk (linking several page views within a session) are used for this.

We have not linked Microsoft Clarity with Microsoft Advertising; Microsoft does not use the data for advertising purposes.

Google Ads – conversion measurement

Our Google Analytics property is linked to our Google Ads account. This allows us to import the events mentioned above (booking an intro call, completing a purchase) into Google Ads as conversions and thus understand whether a website visit that came via one of our ads led to one of these actions. Remarketing (addressing former visitors again with ads) does not currently take place.

Legal basis, transfers to third countries and withdrawal

The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Google Ads is your consent, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR in conjunction with § 25 (1) TTDSG. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via the “Privacy settings” link in the footer.

With Google, a data processing agreement (Data Processing Terms) exists under the Google Ads terms of use; with Microsoft, a data processing agreement likewise exists under the Microsoft product terms. In both cases, data is transferred to the USA on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to which both Google and Microsoft are certified, supplemented by standard contractual clauses.

You can find further information in the Google privacy policy and the Microsoft privacy statement. You can additionally prevent collection by Google Analytics with the browser add-on to deactivate Google Analytics.

When you book, meetergo processes the data you provide (usually name, email address and preferred appointment) to organise the appointment. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The privacy policy of meetergo also applies.
